Delivery time: We will ship within 3 to 5 days from the date of payment.

About returns and exchanges: We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience.
If the product is damaged upon arrival, we will repair or replace it.
However, due to the nature of the product, pearls may look different in brilliance and color depending on the amount of light. We have posted photos that are as close to the actual product as possible, but the actual product may look slightly different from the photographed image. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to differences in color or shine.
If you have any concerns, please contact us in advance. For repairs after use, please feel free to contact us from the inquiry page. We will do our best so that you can use it for a long time.

Return Shipping: If the product is defective upon arrival, we will cover the shipping cost.
